Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept card payments through PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send a cheque, payable to All About Balloons.co.uk, send a Postal Order or pay cash when you collect your order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us by Email and we will correct the mistake for you. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Delivery ScheduleAll About balloons.co.uk prides itself on dispatching your goods as speedily as possible in order to get them to you as soon as possible. Where possible UK & NI orders will be dispatched the same day, Royal Mail First Class Post. The estimated delivery time is 2 – 5 days. There is a flat rate shipping charge of £3.75 on all orders, regardless of how many items you order.Orders over 1000g will to be dispatched by Royal Mail Parcel Post. The guide times on delivery for these packages are 4 – 6 working days. The flat rate for shipping of £3.75 still applies. |
